Master Schedule Form
The Master Schedule Form is for administrative purposes to adjust the Ìð¹ÏÊÓÆµâ€™s Schedule of Classes; it is not to be used for individual Ìð¹ÏÊÓÆµ schedule adjustments.
The Office of the Ìð¹ÏÊÓÆµ Registrar has two versions of the Master Schedule Form (a fillable form and an Excel file) that may be utilized to submit schedule adds, changes, and cancellations.
- Academic departments may utilize either version of the form. Do not submit paper forms.
- Requests are to be routed for approvals as dictated on the form.
- For both formats, please provide the email thread of approvals or copy the approvers on the request.
