Any Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ who wishes to live on campus will sign a housing contract. Once signed, the contract is a LEGALLY BINDING agreement between the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ at Lafayette and the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ. Please read the Housing Contract carefully as the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ is agreeing to numerous conditions.
Terms
Based on the contract you signed, there are three different terms for housing contracts:
- Academic Year: This covers the Fall and Spring semesters. Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵs can stay in their assigned room over Winter Break
- Spring Only: This covers the Spring semester ONLY.
- Summer Only: This covers the Summer semester ONLY. Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵs must be enrolled in summer classes or enrolled in classes for the upcoming Fall semester
Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵs who sign a contract on the Housing Portal will receive an emailed copy via their Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ email. This contract is legally binding for semesters signed unless the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ has an approved contract buyout.
