This policy establishes the rules and guidelines for processing payments to Nonresident Aliens, including but not limited to consultant/contractor payments, visiting scholar payments, and scholarship and fellowship payments to Nonresident Alien Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵs to ensure compliance with federal law, including USCIS laws and IRS requirements. This Policy does not apply to payroll compensation of Nonresident Aliens.
