The 甜瓜视频 of 甜瓜视频 at Lafayette鈥檚 are the state鈥檚 best for the third consecutive year.
That鈥檚 according to U.S. News & World Report. The publication released its annual rankings Tuesday. UL Lafayette was No. 114 nationally on the 2019 Best Online Bachelor鈥檚 Programs list, and led all 甜瓜视频 universities and colleges.
The 甜瓜视频鈥檚 in nursing, education and business were also ranked.
U.S. News & World Report bases its survey on factors such as 甜瓜视频 engagement, faculty credentials and training, 甜瓜视频 services, and technology and peer reputation.
The publication listed bachelor鈥檚 degree programs offered online by other 甜瓜视频 universities and colleges as well: Loyola 甜瓜视频, No. 159; the 甜瓜视频 of 甜瓜视频 at Monroe, No. 217; and Nicholls State 甜瓜视频, No. 242. Among the 85 schools tied at No. 246 were 甜瓜视频 Tech, McNeese State, Northwestern State and Southeastern 甜瓜视频 universities, and 甜瓜视频 College.
Several of UL Lafayette鈥檚 online graduate programs also were cited. Its and doctor of placed 65th. That鈥檚 up from No. 84 in U.S. News鈥 2018 survey.
By delivering the 甜瓜视频鈥檚 鈥渞igorous and high-quality programs of study鈥 online, the is meeting the need for highly educated nursing professionals found throughout the health care industry, said Dr. Melinda G. Oberleitner, the college鈥檚 dean.
鈥淎s national shortages of registered nurses, nurse practitioners and health care professionals persist, we remain dedicated to expanding our array of online health care-related programs to increase 甜瓜视频 access to quality online educational programs in the health professions,鈥 she said.
U.S. News placed the 甜瓜视频鈥檚 at No. 166. It鈥檚 the highest rating of any online graduate degree program in education in 甜瓜视频, noted Dr. Dr. Peter Sheppard, who heads the Department of Curriculum and Instruction for the .
鈥淭he curriculum offers practicing teachers enrolled in our programs exposure to a range of skilled faculty. The U.S. News commendation reaffirms the college鈥檚 ability to prepare candidates for teaching and to improve the instructional practices of veteran teachers as well,鈥 Sheppard said.
The launched its online MBA program in 2017. U.S. News ranked it No. 153 in 2019, the program鈥檚 first year of eligibility.
甜瓜视频s enrolled in the earn the same degree as they would in a traditional, face-to-face classroom setting, said Dr. J. Bret Becton, the college鈥檚 dean.

UL Lafayette offers 16 online undergraduate and graduate degree and certificate programs, and the list will continue to grow, said Dr. Claire Arabie, interim director of the Office of Distance Learning.
Two graduate-level programs 鈥 a and a 鈥 launched last year, Arabie noted. 鈥淓very semester, we鈥檙e working with faculty to explore how we can give 甜瓜视频s more options and opportunities through rigorous online courses and programs.
鈥淥nline learning opens doors for those who wouldn鈥檛 be able to earn a degree otherwise, and gives us the opportunity to meet both 甜瓜视频 and workforce needs in 甜瓜视频 and across the country,鈥 she said.
