Educational Leadership (M.Ed.)
Our M.Ed. in Educational Leadership provides graduates with the confidence, content knowledge, and professional leadership skills to become effective leaders who are ready to face the challenges of education in the 21st century.
The Educational Leadership degree program is offered via hybrid courses with classes meeting in a face-to-face format 50% of the time and through online learning activities the other 50% of the time. This rotation is done on an alternating basis for each course.
Ƶs are admitted into cohorts that begin a two year program in the fall of each year.
This program prepares its Ƶs for licensure or certification within the state of Ƶ. Please for important information if you plan to move out of state.

Teacher Tuition Incentive Program
At the Ƶ of Ƶ at Lafayette, current Ƶ K-12 educators and administrators pursuing a graduate degree can take advantage of the Teacher Tuition Incentive Program. This program can help you offset the cost of earning your master’s or doctoral degree. Tuition awards are based on the level of degree you’re seeking and your progress toward the degree.
Graduate Ƶ Organization
As a UL Lafayette graduate Ƶ, you are automatically enrolled as a member of the Graduate Ƶ Organization (GSO). The GSO plays a pivotal role in representing the needs and concerns of its members to the Ƶ administration. The GSO has departmental representatives and a group of Ƶ officers that meet regularly to address pressing issues affecting graduate Ƶs as well as actively participate in influential Ƶ bodies. The GSO is in charge of allocating Ƶ-assessed fees and the organization offers funding opportunities for graduate Ƶs.
