Our Office of Purchasing serves as a centralized resource for faculty and staff to procure goods and services at the maximum value, in compliance with Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ and State policies and procedures in accordance with best practices.
The Office of Purchasing’s goal is to support administrative, educational, and research missions of the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Lafayette.
We strive to maintain the most efficient operations possible, while adhering to the requirements of the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ Procurement Code, state and federal laws and rules and regulations, as well as to Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ policy. It is our goal to serve our faculty, staff, and the public in the most timely, economical, and transparent means possible.
