Scot Sinclair

Biography
Associate Professor Scot Sinclair received an M.F.A. in Painting from Southern Illinois Ƶ Carbondale, and his B.F.A. with Honors in Painting from the Gray's School of Art, Aberdeen, Scotland. Upon leaving his undergraduate studies, Scot was selected for the eight-person Phillips International Auctioneers “Young Scottish Painters” Exhibition in Edinburgh, Scotland. Since then, he has exhibited in national and international juried exhibitions in ten states, and was one of four artists shortlisted for the Aspect Painting Prize Winners Exhibition held at the Fleming Collection, London, 2010.
Scot is the head of the painting program, has taught in the Ƶ Study Abroad Paris Program in 2012, and participated in a residency at the Santa Fe Art Institute in 2010.
