Matika is a Georgia native who prides herself as an educational leader with a multifaceted background spanning academic advising, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ affairs, and program development. Her expertise lies in fostering Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ success, building vibrant campus communities, and implementing innovative programming to enhance the collegiate experience. With a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Clayton State Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ, a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ of West Georgia and currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration at the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ at Lafayette, she brings a comprehensive understanding of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ needs and a dedication to promoting academic achievement and personal growth.
